Calvird Distilling is a small independent distillery, and orders are packed and dispatched on selected days each week.
We aim to send all in-stock orders as promptly as possible. Please allow approximately 2–5 business days for your order to be prepared and dispatched.
Once your order has been sent, delivery times will depend on your location and the delivery provider.
If you need an order by a particular date, please contact us before ordering at scott@calvirddistilling.com.au, and we’ll let you know what may be possible.
Shipping Cost
Shipping is calculated according to the weight of your order:
- 1 bottle: $20
- 2 bottles: $25
- 3–12 bottles: $27
The final shipping cost will be shown at checkout before payment.
Local pickup from Stawell may also be available by appointment and is subject to availability.
Delivery of Alcohol
Orders containing alcohol can only be accepted by a person aged 18 years or over. The delivery provider may request valid photo identification, and the parcel may require a signature. Alcohol must not be supplied to a minor.
Incorrect Address or Missed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional delivery charges may apply if an order must be redirected or resent.
Damaged Orders
Please contact Calvird Distilling as soon as possible if an order arrives damaged, and include photos of the packaging and product so the issue can be reviewed.
Returns
We do not offer returns for change of mind. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us so we can arrange an appropriate remedy.
