Calvird Distilling is a small independent distillery based in Stawell, in the heart of Victoria’s Wimmera region.
We create small-batch spirits with plenty of character, a strong connection to where we live, and a belief that good things are worth taking the time to make properly.
Our range currently includes Wimmera Dry Gin, Vodka and Limoncello, with rum ageing, whisky planned and a few more ideas quietly taking shape behind the scenes.
Calvird Distilling is still in the making, and that is part of the fun. We look forward to sharing more of the story, the spirits and life around the distillery as it all unfolds.
